(TIC) What is the format for the email subject in relaying the ticket to Client and SP?

  • When relaying the ticket to Client, Use this format.
**CLIENT** [Request ID :####] : Account Name - Ticket Number - Country/Location - Issue - Priority

Example:
**CLIENT** [Request ID :##2825##] : Becton Dickinson-INC0781899-Indonesia-Unable to login into windows-P3

  • When relaying the ticket to Service Partner, Use this format.
**SP** [Request ID :####] : Account Name - Ticket Number - Country/Location - Issue - Priority

Example:
