PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Scope of Work:
1. Install Five (5) VMWARE Servers at Production Site
2. Configure VMWARE Servers to connect to shared storage.
3. Install and configure one VMWare vCenter Server at Production site.
4. Configure VMWARE HA using vCenter.
5. Install Three (3) VMWARE Servers at DR site.
6. Configure VMWARE Servers to connect to shared storage.
7. Install and configure one VMWare vCenter Server at DR site.
8. Configure VMWARE HA using vCenter.
9. Install and Configure vSphere Replication Services
10. Create virtual machines for FTP Servers and SQL Server, NPM Server, Veeam Server, AD Servers, Postgres
Server, AWS Storage Gateway, AWS Storage Mount, Spectrum Servers, AD Manage and Audit
11. Install and configure 2 FTP servers.
12. Install and configure 1 SQL Server
13. Install and configure 3 Domain Controllers
14. Install and configure 1 AD Manager and Audit server.

Contract Details
Optional Scope of Work:
a. Configure SolarWinds NPM
b. Configure Veeam Server Backup
2. Limitations:
A. Cebu logistic cost is not inclusive.
B. Anything not included in the Scope of Services and Service Level will be out of scope.
3. Assumptions;
• Required hardware’s and software and its corresponding licenses are ready during the start of the project.
• Required VMWare Licenses are already purchased during deployment.
