(Makati City Hall) What to do if we receive ticket request under A03?

  1. Create a ticket in Manage Engine right away. Call Ms Cris or Ma'am Estee just to let them know that there is a new request from Makati City Hall.
  2. Create Internal Trail. Relay the ticket to Ms Cris and ask help for the approval of ticket request to Sir Jun.
  • NOTE: You will only create client trail once there is an approval already from Sir Jun.

  • While waiting for the approval, request for logs, pictures, or any information from the client in order for us to be able to properly analyze the case especially if a part or parts are needed.
