- Acknowledge the ticket to Ynvolve Servicedesk (Servicedesk@infinite-itsolutions.com) within 30 minutes.
- In case of any missing info/details, please request Ynvolve to follow up at customer.
- Confirm the engineer details to Ynvolve (name, phone number, car registration number) + ETA. Ynvolve has to forward these details to FC in order to arrange the engineer’s access pass.
- Forward all call details to the engineer as well (he will need the details from on site contact person and from technical person who logged the call).
